Content Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy describes how Content Studio (“the app”), a private internal tool operated by Acronix Labs, handles information. The app is used only by our own team to manage YouTube channels that we operate.

Google and YouTube data we access

When a channel owner connects a YouTube channel with Google sign-in, the app may access:

The app also reads public YouTube data (for example trending video titles and statistics) through the YouTube Data API to research topics. It does not access Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.

How we use it

Data is used only to provide the app's features to its operator: publishing videos we produce to the connected channel, confirming their status, and reporting their performance. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers that process it on our behalf to run the app.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest on our server. Data is stored on infrastructure we control and accessed only by authorized team members. Topic research, scripts and aggregated performance summaries of our own published videos may be processed by an AI text provider to create video content. Google credentials and raw Analytics reports are never sent to that provider.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting a channel in the app deletes its stored Google credentials. Analytics snapshots are kept for internal reporting and deleted on request. You can revoke the app's access at any time at Google Account permissions.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
